mandatory pose
round during an event where the athletes are not compared to each other, but within themselves. The athlete has to show that his body is within itself complete. The round comprises 7 mandatory poses for men and 5 for women.
The mandatory poses are the following: front double biceps, front lat spread, side chest, back double biceps, rear lat spread, side triceps and abs and thighs. Women are not requested to hit the front lat spread. |
