rest-pause
a technique and a Weider Principle. Do as much weight as you can for 2 to 3 reps, rest for 30 to 45 seconds, squeeze out another 2 to 3 reps, rest 40 to 60 seconds, do another two reps, rest 60 to 90 seconds, then finish with 1 to 2 more reps.
